Daryl Franklin Hohl, was born in Pottstown,
Pennsylvania on October 11, 1946
and John Oates was born in New York
City on April 7, 1948.
Together their “blue eyed soul” topped the
Hit Parade with #1 singles,

on My List", "Private Eyes",
"I Can't Go for
That (No Can Do)" (also #1 R&B), "Maneater" and
"Out
of Touch" from their six multi-platinum albums - Bigger

duo would also produce an additional five U.S. Top 10 singles, "Sara

and Method of Modern
Love.
Their 21 albums have sold over 80 million units making them the most
successful duo in rock history
